If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please click here to arrange a return. Once your return is approved, we will send you a return shipping label.
We offer Checkout+ to customers to provide free return shipping. Customers that take advantage of our Checkout+ option will receive a prepaid label through our portal for any returns request. Customers who opt out are responsible for the costs of return shipping. Labels should be purchased through our customer portal.
Items that arrive damaged must be reported within 5 days of arrival. These requests can also be submitted through our return portal. Please provide a photo of the damaged item so we can confirm, and we'll be happy to send you a replacement.
Returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase.
Please kindly note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Items must be returned with original packaging intact, otherwise, they are non-refundable and will not receive a refund or store credit.
Please allow up to one week for us to process your return after it arrives.
