They more than made it up to me just mentioning that I did order what I received. They sent me 2 new bracelets and did not want me to return the original one. I got this anklet as a gift for my mother for her birthday. She is very indecisive and at first thought she wanted a cross; then changed her mind and decided she wanted a heart after I already placed the order. I messaged customer service and they got back to me within 20 mins, even though it was a Saturday evening and took care of it right away for me. Great quality, my mom loves it!!!
