PERSONALIZED HOLY WATER PORCELAIN BRACELET

I was excited to get these. Still love the 4 remaining. Not spending more money to replace the broken one. It was the gold/silver one. Busted as I was taking them off. Beads went everywhere, and was in an Airbnb so can't get all the beads. Oh well. The other 4 are still holding up. I hold my breath every time I put them on or take them off.

They were quick to respond asking how they could make it right with a new bracelet or a refund and as soon as I said I would just like a refund I never heard from them again! Tried multiple times to get in touch and had no luck. Makes me sad since it was a Christmas gift for my 87 year old grandmother.

The beads are a little smaller than expected, however, it is still a beautiful bracelet. I got it with my daughter's name on it. The name beads have letters on each side which is a nice touch.

I bought as a gift. He put it on as as he wa taking it off to put it away it immediately broke and the small beads went everywhere. I think a thinker stronger elastic is definitely needed.
